Shipping Information

We have implemented a tiered shipping rates system to reflect the cost of shipping our various products. The rates are broken down into the following geographical areas:

New Zealand

• FREE shipping for orders over $20NZD within NZ
• $10NZD for orders under $20NZD within NZ

Australia 

• $35NZD for all orders within Australia

• $105NZD for all orders to Europe and North America

Where do you ship?
Anywhere in the world. For North American customers we have a range of products that can be ordered directly from USA stock through www.mtngear.us

What about GST?
Our prices already include it.

Have a discount code/gift voucher?
You can use this on the payment step during checkout. 

Please note:

• International packages aren't always tracked depending on economics. Smaller and higher value items such as bipods will be tracked.
• We will send all our products overseas, have done so and to date have had few issues.
• You are responsible of any importation permits or fees etc that may be required to get our products into your country. This is your risk but we are not aware of any issues to date.
• The shipment is insured and if you do not receive the parcel we will refund you (with the exception of your customs seizing parcels at the border - this is your risk). 
• NZ Post generally gives around 10 working days as the expected delivery time for international shipments. This service can vary depending on a variety of factors and it is not uncommon for delivery to take 3 weeks with the current situation. For faster delivery options please contact us.
• North American orders may be partially or fully fulfilled through our North American stock.
